Material Options
- UNS R30003 cobalt-based alloy — considered for demanding applications requiring high strength, corrosion resistance and fatigue performance, including customer-specified Phynox® or Elgiloy® grades.
- Alloy C22 / UNS N06022 — considered where aggressive process chemistry places additional demands on corrosion resistance.
- Other corrosion-resistant alloys — reviewed according to the drawing, process media and qualification requirements.
